How to View Your Account’s Payment History

Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to view your account’s payment history. The payment history section allows you to track past invoices, check payment statuses, and download receipts or invoices. This feature is useful for accounting and finance purposes.

Steps to view your account’s payment history

Log in to your AfterShip account.
In the AfterShip dashboard, click organization name.


Click View billing from the dropdown menu.


The Billing page will open in a new tab.

a. In the Invoices section, the latest invoices will be displayed on the screen.
b. To view the complete payment history, click View all.


c. A list of all invoices will appear on the screen.
d. Details displayed on the Invoices page are as follows:
Billing Date: The date when the invoice was generated.
Invoice ID: An alphanumeric unique identifier for each invoice.
Status: Shows whether the invoice is Paid or Unpaid.
Price: The total amount charged for the billing period.

To download an invoice or receipt, click on the Download icon.


A new page will open, displaying the Invoice paid, Invoice number, and Payment date.



Click on View invoice and payment details to view the summary of the invoice paid for the respective billing cycle.
Download the invoice and receipt using the Download invoice and Download receipt.
The invoice and receipt will be downloaded as a PDF in the format displayed below.

Troubleshooting

If you face issues while viewing the payment history or downloading the invoice/receipt, refresh the page and check again.
If the download button is not working, try using a different device or browser.
If an invoice is marked Unpaid but you have completed the payment, contact AfterShip Support.

1. Who can view the account's payment history?

Only the owner, admin, and members (legacy) have access to view payment history/invoice information.

2. How long is payment history stored in AfterShip?

All invoices and payment records are accessible for as long as your subscription is active.
