How to Update Your Company Details

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to update your company's details. Keeping your company information up-to-date ensures smooth communication, accurate billing, and prevents discrepancies in official records.

Steps to update your company details



Log in to your AfterShip account.
In the AfterShip dashboard, click organization name.


Select Manage organization from the dropdown menu.


In the Organization settings section, go to Company info.
In the Company details section, click Edit.


Enter the following details:
Company name: Enter the official name of your company.
Company address: Enter the complete address (Street, Apartment, suite, City, country/region, State and Postal code) of your company.
Phone Number: Enter the contact number of your company.

Click Save to apply the changes.


Troubleshooting



If you encounter issues while updating your company details, refresh the page and check again.
If the phone number entered is showing an error, then ensure the phone number follows the correct country code.
