How to Update Your Billing Address

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to update the billing address of your AfterShip account. Updating the billing address ensures that all invoices, payments, and billing-related notifications are sent to the correct recipient. This helps maintain accurate financial records and avoid any payment discrepancies.

Steps to update the billing address



Log in to your AfterShip account.
In the AfterShip dashboard, click organization name.


Select Manage organization from the dropdown menu.


In the Organization settings, go to Company info.
Under Billing address, click on Edit.


Check the Use a separate billing address option.
Enter the following details to update the billing address:
Name: Enter the name of the billing recipient.
Email: Enter the email address where billing notifications will be sent.
Address: Enter the billing address.
Apartment, suite, etc. (optional): Add any additional address details, if applicable.
City: Enter the city name.
Country/Region: Select the country or region from the dropdown menu.
State: Select the state from the dropdown menu.
Postal Code: Enter the postal code.
Phone Number: Select the country/region from the dropdown menu and enter the phone number.

Click Save to apply the changes.
