How to Update the Email of Your AfterShip Account

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on updating the email address of your AfterShip account. You'll learn to access account settings, make necessary changes, and troubleshoot potential issues.
Updating your email
Log in to your AfterShip account.
In the AfterShip dashboard, click organization name.
Select Manage account from the dropdown menu.
Click Profile from the left menu.
In the Details section, click Change email.
A pop-up will appear for identity verification.

Your email ID will be pre-filled and grayed out, making it uneditable.
Click Send code to receive a verification code on your registered email.
Copy the code and enter it in the text field provided.
Click Verify to proceed.
You will be redirected to the Change email page.
Enter your new email address.
Click Send code to receive a verification code on your new email address.
Copy the code and enter it in the text field provided.
Click Update email to finalize the change.
You may be asked to log in again using your new email to verify the update.
Troubleshooting
If you didn’t receive the verification code, check your spam/ junk folder. If you still don’t receive it, wait a few minutes and try resending the code again or contact AfterShip Support.
