How to Send Internal Notifications

AfterShip empowers users to proactively notify specific team members about crucial events such as shipment status changes, missed estimated delivery dates, or other issues, all aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
Log into your AfterShip Tracking account
Go to Notifications > Flows
Choose the event for which you want to inform internal members and click Edit
Drag and drop the Send internal email or Send internal SMS block into the flow where you see the plus icon (+)
Don't forget to customize the content to suit your preferences after adding the block
Once you’re done, click Save and ensure that the flow is enabled
