How to Edit Header and Add Logo
Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions to customize the header and add a logo to your branded tracking page. Personalizing the header with your store name, logo, and menu items enhances brand consistency and improves the customer experience.
Steps to edit header
Log in to your AfterShip Tracking account.
Navigate to Tracking pages.
Under Your tracking pages, select the tracking page where you want to edit the header.
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
In Sections, select Header to modify the header elements.
The header will be highlighted, and the header settings panel will appear on the right side of the page.
Edit branding
Go to Settings and add/update your Store name in the text field provided.
Add/edit the Store URL where customers will be redirected to when they click on the store name.
To insert merge tags in the store URL, click Insert merge tags, and select/search the desired tag from the dropdown menu.

Add menu items
Under Menu items, click Add to add menu items in the header.
Enter the following details:
a. Label: The menu item name.
b. URL: The web page link where customers will be redirected.
Click Add to include multiple menu items.
Rearrange the sequence of menu items by dragging them.
To remove a menu item, click on the delete icon.
The removed item is not recoverable and will be permanently deleted.
Add logo
Under Logo, click Select image or drop an image to upload.
Add language selector
Check Show language selector checkbox to display a language dropdown. Users can switch to their preferred language page.
The available languages are based on the number of language pages you have. The language selector will only appear if there are multiple language versions of the tracking page.
Edit header style
Go to Style and customize:
Layout: Choose the preferred layout from the dropdown menu.
Background: Select the background color from the color palette.
Text and icons: Choose the color for text and icons.
Click Save to apply all changes.
Use cases
Use this feature to enhance your branded tracking page by displaying important store links such as product catalogs, personalizing the tracking experience with your brand logo and store name, allowing customers to switch between multiple languages pages, etc.
Troubleshooting
If the logo is not appearing, ensure the image file meets the recommended dimensions and size.
If the changes are not saved, refresh the page and try again.
