Steps to change the organization name



Log in to your AfterShip account.
In the AfterShip dashboard, click organization name.


Select Manage organization from the dropdown menu.


In the Organization settings, go to Basic information.
Click Edit to change the details of your organization.


Update Organization name in the text field provided.


Click on Save to apply the changes.

Troubleshooting



If the changes you applied for are not reflecting, then refresh the page and try again.
