How to Analyze the Performance of Email/SMS Flows

AfterShip Tracking enables you to track the performance of the notification flows in a few simple steps.
Log into your AfterShip Tracking admin dashboard
Click Notifications > Flows
Select a flow for which you want to track the performance
Click Edit
Once done, click Show Analytics on the top right corner of the dashboard
You can set the date range in order to view the performance over a specific time period by clicking on the date column.
You can also check the precise and in-depth details by clicking on any of the metrics. The available analytics are as follows:
For email sending action:
Sent: It refers to the total number of emails sent within a specific time range.
Open rate: It refers to the average open rate for an email within a specific time range.
Click rate: It refers to the average click rate for an email within a specific time range.
For SMS sending action:
Sent: It refers to the total number of SMS sent within a specific time range.
Click rate: It refers to the average click rate for this SMS within a specific time range.
Delivered: It refers to the total number of SMS delivered within a specific time range.
Please note that while making changes to a flow, new data will be added to existing values instead of overwriting them. Therefore, If you want to compare data from before and after changes, you need to create a new flow.
